As a fast-growing startup in the competitive database management space, Silk’s hiring goals for this year aimed to bring in candidates with in-depth cloud experience and knowledge to help expand their business. Silk needed to scale their teams, hire and retain top talent, maintain their company identity and improve their methodical mindset and culture.
