Checkr Dashboard

The Checkr Dashboard is a powerful tool for employers looking to hire quality candidates. This is where you’ll be able to access all of the background reports that you’re conducting through your screening program, as well as take additional subsequent action on sending candidate invites, adjudication, adverse action, individualized assessments, and so much more. You also have the ability to dive deeper into the analytics dashboard to gain a better understanding of the process and how to help your candidate and your team succeed. The Checkr Dashboard is your centralized hub for your entire hiring process.

What we’re looking at right now is the… think of this as the centralized hub, what we call the ‘Checkr Dashboard’ of the entire checker platform.

So as a customer of Checkr as an employer, this is where you’re going to be able to access all of the background reports that you’re conducting through your screening program, as well as take additional subsequent action on firing candidate invites, adjudication, adverse action, individualized assessments, and so forth.

On the left-hand side, you’ll see a navigation toolbar. So certain permissible access rights are stored at the user level. So, if you’re an administrator, for example, you can come in, you can manipulate your filters, your adjudication criteria, you can set up new packages, you can add or delete users, so you have full control within the dashboard of the account. You also have the ability to dive deeper into the analytics dashboard within our system. And so again, navigating within the system, you’re going to stay within that centralized hub, but be able to dive deeper into those particular aspects of the account.

There are power searches available on the home screen, so you can actually filter based on certain charges, certain statuses of the background report, but the most important thing is really the candidate list. So, as you start conducting the background checks, you’ll be able to access this information directly within the dashboard. And so, you can sort by status, adjudication criteria, the name of the candidate, the compliance geo that Andrew just mentioned (work location is typically driving this), the created date, and the completed date.
