So, when you log into the Checkr dashboard, to Andrew’s comment earlier, we’ve made everything really easy within the system. It’s fully hosted on our end, but you can actually host this through API integration, and you can get the invites out through multiple ways. So, whether you’re hosting it and collecting all the necessary requirements on the candidate and then sending that to Checkr to generate a report or sending an invite out via email or SMS text to the candidate to have them complete their profile, everything is really done through that integration or through the dashboard, which is what we’re going to walk you through today.

So on the left-hand side here, the navigation toolbar, you can go through the adverse action logs, the analytics, which I’ll show you here at the end, account settings based on admin profiles, screening settings, and then full-on admin functionality, like adding users and packages, and so forth.

And then in the middle, this is the core, this is the power hub of Checkr, this is where the candidates sit. And so you’ll see there are different statuses, different adjudication criteria, so your decision, right, whether you are going to engage the candidate and move them forward in the process, or take adverse action, and then the basic information to actually click into each of the individual candidate’s reports.

But really, to get things started, you have three options. If you’re integrated, you’ll be launching it, or firing it, from the interface, an applicant tracking system, an onboarding platform, an HR system, or even a homegrown system. So if you think of the gig economy that has designed their own applications, they’ve embedded Checkr into that workflow. The other way you can do it is through a manual order. So if you’re collecting all the information on your own systems, or if it’s a paper-based process, you can actually key the candidate’s data right into our dashboard. But the majority of our customers use this invite process.

And so you actually can click invite candidate right here. Pretty basic information. Andrew mentioned, you know, geographies, or what we would call a work location to drive compliance. This can be done through our account hierarchy or segmentation functionality, what we call a node. And so this can be set up it’s not a requirement to set this up, but it’s a way to structure your account to meet your business requirements. And then we’re a global background screening company so you can have a country to select as well as a state to drive that geographic compliance. I’ll grab Florida here where I reside. City’s optional I’ll grab Orlando, and then the specific package.

So this is a dynamic list that you as a customer would set up when you onboard with Checkr. And so you can have a background only, a drug only, you can have a background in drug coupled together. And so this will allow your teams to select based on the position requirements, the type of background check, you’re going to conduct. So if I grab a drug and criminal, for example, you’ll see all those components listed out county criminal searches, drug screening, national database search, sex offender search, and so on.

And then lastly, all you need is the candidate’s email address. And so from here, if you’re at a hiring event, say you’re at a university and you’re hiring for volunteers or interns, and you don’t want to send individual invites out, you actually have the ability to batch load this. So you can send 25 at a time, copy and paste it right into the dashboard and send unique invites out to 25 of those candidates. And that’s it. Once you send the invite, you’ll get an invitation sent banner up here which is a successful email to that candidate and you’re done.
