OUR REIMAGINED REPORTS PAGE DELIVERS A MORE SEAMLESS, EFFICIENT EXPERIENCE FOR CUSTOMERS

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Checkr’s newly redesigned reports page—a high-impact update that will significantly enhance our customers’ background check experience. This redesign introduces a modern visual style and a more intuitive layout to help hiring teams find the information they need even faster.

Our new reports page focuses on user efficiency and ease of use. Here's a quick overview of the key changes:

  1. Separated information. We’ve separated candidate and package information from background check results, making it easier for users to navigate and understand the data quickly.
  2. Collapsible panels. The left and right panels are now collapsible, providing more screen space to enable users to better focus on the report details for faster adjudication.
  3. Improved navigation for multiple reports. For candidates with multiple reports, older reports can now be accessed through a dropdown menu at the top of the page.

What inspired our new report design?

Our reimagined reports page is all about enhancing our customer experience with intuitive navigation, customizable interfaces, and enhanced efficiency. Here's a detailed look at the key changes we’ve made:

Separated information for better clarity

Previously, candidate information, screening packages, and results were displayed in a list format. With our new design, candidate and package information are distinct from the screening results, allowing users to access and digest information more efficiently, speed up decision-making, and easily navigate through report elements.

Collapsible panels for enhanced focus

New collapsible left and right panels house supplementary information, such as order and candidate details. By making these panels collapsible, we offer users the flexibility to maximize screen space and concentrate on the core report content. This change helps users focus on the most critical information without unnecessary distractions.

Improved navigation for multiple reports

We’ve simplified navigating information for candidates with multiple reports by introducing a dropdown menu at the top of the page. This new design allows for faster and more straightforward access to older reports, significantly reducing the time spent on navigation. The dropdown menu ensures that all relevant historical data is just a click away, improving efficiency and user satisfaction.

These changes are based on direct feedback from our customers and thorough testing to ensure that every improvement we make genuinely adds value to our customer experience. Our goal is to provide a more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interface, reflecting our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Our commitment to an exceptional customer experience

We encourage all Checkr customers to use the new “Provide Feedback” button on the reports page to share their thoughts and suggestions. This iterative approach allows us to make improvements to our products informed by our customers’ input.

Customers can switch back and forth between the old and new layouts as we transition to the new report style. In October 2024, we will officially deprecate the old layout and fully migrate to the new design.
