Know before you go
Your tickets
- Digital only: Keep an eye on your inbox for a transfer from the AXS app. You’ll need to have the app downloaded and your ticket ready to scan at the gate. Please sign up using your company email to sign up.
- Suite access: Your ticket grants you access to the 800-Level Suites. Look for the dedicated "Suite Entry" lanes at the stadium gates to skip the longest lines.
Getting to the grounds
- Rideshare: Use the designated Yellow Lot 35 for Uber/Lyft drop-offs. It’s a short walk to the stadium from there.
- METRORail: Park offsite and take the rail directly to the NRG Park station. For details on times for specific stops and more information, visit the RideMETRO website.
- Traffic alert: It’s Houston. It’s the Rodeo. It’s Chris Stapleton. Give yourself an extra 45–60 minutes more than you think you need!
The clear bag policy
- NRG Stadium is strict! All bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- Small clutch purses (about the size of a hand) are also acceptable.
Finding the suite
- Entry: Enter through East Club Entrance. East Club is located between the Stadium and Astrodome.
- Location: Follow signs for the Express Elevators to Level 8. We are in Suite 877 and 878.
- The Spread: We’ll have Texas BBQ and a full bar waiting for you starting at 6 pm.
Run of the show
- Suite Access: 6:00 pm
- Rodeo: Approximately 6:45 pm – 8:45 pm
- Concert: Begins at 9:00 pm and lasts about one hour
