Overview

This EU-US, UK Extension, and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework Notice ("DPF Notice") informs you that Checkr participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. These frameworks apply to Checkr’s transfers of personal information from the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States. As part of Check's participation in these frameworks, it has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for these transfers. If this DPF Notice conflicts with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles at any given time, those Principles will prevail over this DPF Notice. You can review our Data Privacy Framework registration and learn more about the program here.
