Our apprenticeship program
A 12-month earn-and-learn program hosted by Checkr that provides job training and formal learning programs to create career pathways for justice-impacted individuals.

Volunteering
Checkr employees have 20 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) each year to engage with community partner organizations making an impact in our focus areas. From coaching and tutoring at correctional facilities, to mock interviews, our people take time to get proximate to the communities we serve.
Reentry simulation
Take a moment to walk in the shoes of someone leaving prison and reentering society. This thought-provoking experience will both enlighten and challenge your perceptions around justice-impacted individuals and the obstacles they tackle while settling into life post-incarceration.
