Enable the integration from within Gusto by creating a Checkr account or signing into an existing account.
2. Order background checks
Initiate an order when adding a new employee in Gusto, which triggers an email to the employee to start the screening process.
3. Review background check results
Monitor the status of background checks and view completed reports from the Background Checks tile in Gusto.

How do I create a Checkr account connected to Gusto?
When in your Gusto account, navigate to the People > Hiring section to create your Checkr account.
How do I login to Checkr?
You have a single login for Checkr to access all your accounts. Login here and you will be able to switch between your different client accounts.
How will I be billed?
When you use the Gusto integration, your background checks will be billed as part of your regular Gusto invoice. If you choose to use the Checkr Dashboard, you will be billed directly by Checkr.
Are there ongoing fees?
No, you will only pay for the background checks that you run.
How do I see all of my Checkr accounts?
When you login to the Checkr Dashboard, you will see all your different client accounts and can seamlessly switch between them.

To review support tickets and requests you’ve submitted or been copied on, use the steps below:
In the Checkr Help Center, sign in using your Checkr Dashboard credentials.
Select “My requests” from the menu at the top.
Note: Requests will show based on the account you are logged into.
