You can easily calculate your NPS by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters. For instance, if 10% of your respondents are Detractors and 50% are Promoters, your NPS is +40 (50-10). Any score above 0 is considered good, but scores above 50 are considered excellent.
